It's a shame Wembley never got to be a siren on the show. But that means that Fraggle Rock didn't have any out-of-control fires, and I guess that's a good thing.
(I'm horrible haha. But you know it really could have been interesting! And I'd love to see some fake fire that the puppeteers could pull off. They could have gotten creative with that, and I'm not talkin' green screen. Though that probably woulda been what would have happened.)
I'd hope they'd green screen or CGI the fire in. Anything has to be better than having open flames around those very flammable puppets! After reading Carroll Spinney's memoirs, which included several narrow escapes from immolation, I don't want to see puppets and flames in the same room.
Don't mind me. I just put a head of hair on a Boober puppet and dyed some feathers for a Mokey. I've got ostrich feathers on the brain today!
Mokey has actually been my next goal!! (Because I love her so much!) I actually have just about finished an original recently that has blinking eyes (controlled manually), which I tried to do in preparation for a Mokey. I...need to work on that a bit more, haha. Are you planning on making blinking eyes for her??
I'm not planning on doing any eye mechanisms. How did you do yours? I'd love some tips!
