To answer the obvious questions: All of the ghost children have hammerspaces, and paintball guns would be too big for them, so they got squirt guns.  Squirt guns with amazing storage capacity.

There's a callback to a previous comic in this one.  No, it's not the popcorn ghost.  Wonder if anyone will spot it?  EDIT: It's in the third panel.  EDIT 2: It's the way Puppet shoots Springtrap.  In Springaling 32: Meddling Kid Springtrap described to the Puppet how he killed him, beginning with hitting him just behind the ear to knock him out. The Puppet paintballed Springtrap in exactly the same place.
