The Puppet offering to be Springtrap's confessor? He would be such a comedian if he wasn't being completely serious. Springtrap is referencing a song lyric in the third panel; I wonder if anyone will recognize it? It's from 2006. (Edit: Someone spotted Weird Al Yankovic's Canadian Idiot.)
It's interesting, reading the opinions of the readers on the last few comics. I find it strange how many people assume that Springtrap is telling the complete truth, or even knows the truth. How could he know how the ghosts came to haunt the animatronics? He was living at the time, so he couldn't have witnessed any of the ensoulments. And I don't think any of the involved parties gave him a blow-by-blow rundown since. The Puppet isn't answering back for reasons of his own, but he has said his piece in Talkback Time 11: The Middleman.
This is comic #2 done in GIMP. I'm getting a better feel for what I can do in this program...well, for how I can do the very simple stuff I've been doing, anyway. I dread going back to the Nightmares if GIMP doesn't have an easy way to put a dark glow around text.
